ABOUT our Team

mobile iv vitamin therapy

Co-OwnerCaitlin Watson, RN

I have been a RN for 15 years, and am grateful for the opportunity to work in all different settings during this time from ED, ICU, Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Tribal Health, Primary Care, and Addiction Medicine.

In 2016, I decided to shift my focus and align more with my passions and holistic nursing after experiencing significant burnout accompanied by many health challenges. I am so grateful for these challenges because they awakened me to more integrative and alternative ways of healing, and ignited my passion for serving clients in more holistic ways.

I discovered the benefits of IV Hydration through my deeper work in functional medicine and my own experience as a client/patient receiving IV Vitamin Therapy to overcome dis-ease in my body resulting from Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever in 2019.

In 2022, I launched Inner Peace Hydrate PLLC initially to provide mobile IV therapy, but which has evolved into Inner Peace Wellness Co. (a long time dream!) where we provide an intimate and curated wellness experience to those seeking the benefits of integrative wellness services.

I am a Certified Nurse Coach, Reiki Master, and have completed a number of additional trainings in Functional Medicine Coaching, Hair Tissue Mineral Testing, sound healing and more. I love to blend together various wellness modalities to support our clients more holistically on their healing journey.

I live in Arden on a mini farm with my husband Simon, our two adoptive sons Liam & Jagger, a mini donkey, mini horse, 4 goats, 5 rescue dogs, and 2 cats. When I am not providing wellness services to clients (or saving animals), I love to spend time with my family (including the furry ones), outdoors exploring the Asheville area and the Blue Ridge Mountains.

I am so grateful and honored to be a part of your healing and wellness journey!

Partner and Lead IV nurseChelsey Wines, RN

Chelsey believes every person deserves to feel truly cared for at every stage of life. She built her nursing career around a simple promise: treat every patient with the same compassion and dignity she would want for her own family.

After six years in nursing and two years specializing in holistic and functional medicine, she has become an advocate for care that looks beyond symptoms to support the whole person.

Chelsey blends clinical knowledge with a heart-led approach, designing personalized experiences that nurture wellness from the inside out. When she’s not helping patients feel their best, she’s chasing joy with her energetic four-year-old son and building a life rooted in health, balance, and a lot of love.

Aesthetic and iv nurseLexy Fischer, RN

Hi! I’m Lexy. I have been a RN for 5 years now, primarily working in the Emergency Department setting. I was a Travel Emergency Department RN for 4 out of those 5 years and have decided to settle down into Aesthetic Nursing.

I have always loved helping people through critical times in the ER, but found that I desired a closer connection with my patients. So, I received my Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Filler Certification in 2023 and then began working in Aesthetics!

I have enjoyed this switch in my nursing career very much. Guiding my clients to confidence and joy brings me the most upmost happiness.

On my off time I like to spend time with my 2 dogs, Loki and Lula. We like to travel for fun now and explore new things all of the time! We are always on the road visiting friends and family.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your wellness path. ✨
